Birmingham Youth Sports Academy third project was to Spain on the 11/04/2010. Full action packed holiday including flights, accommodation, transfers, stadium tour of Nou Camp, live match, beach football, sightseeing and training session with FC Espanyol coaches. A total of 26 people took part in this trip for 5 nights and 6 days.

The trip included:

Sunday 11^th – Own transport to airport (15:00pm),

Left Birmingham airport at (18:35pm),

Arrived in Spain then transports to accommodation (21:45pm).

Monday 12^th – Stadium tour to Nou Camp in the morning,

Espanyol training in the afternoon,

Free time in the evening.

Tuesday 13^th – Beach Football in the morning,

Group activities in the hotel in the afternoon,

Free time in the evening.

Wednesday 14^th – Free time in the morning,

Sightseeing/ shopping in Barcelona in the afternoon,

Live match (Barca v Deportivo) in the evening.

Thursday 15^th – Optional day where kids can do what they want e.g. theme park,

beach, go karting, play sports, free time etc.

Fri/Sat 16/17^th – 8:00pm coach departs to Calay (France) taking 22 hrs, then on to the

Ferry taking 1 hour to Dover, coach waiting to take us home (B’ham) 3 hrs.
