Youth Career & mentor Support

Inspiring Potential – Fulfilling Dream

Further education & careers advice

We at BYSA help and support the youth in order to get career advice from professionals and to engage them into further education, with our links and network we have partnered up with many people to help with the issue to tackle the youth in not dropping out of educational and should be entitled to progress and obtain qualifications and or a degree as we promote education is the key to success and can’t be taken away from you what ever you decide to specialise in.

Opportunities & qualifications

We at BYSA create opportunities for the youth to engage and support the development of the project we teach them to give back to the community and do work experience placements and obtain qualifications in doing so to better them and earn money such as FA level 1 & 2 coaching course, refereeing, first aid, leadership courses and so forth which are credible in obtaining employment or some pocket money to earn.

Mentoring programme

We at BYSA have a programme that can be ranged from weeks to months in delivering work shops to the youth, careers advisers, one to one and group activities, life core skills and topics to better the minds and thinking of the youth to be more active and not resulting to crime and mental health issues. Keeping them active and engaged is the key to these sessions and for them to keep learning new things to help them for the real world of life as they get older.

Employment & Apprenticeships

We at BYSA have partnered up with steps to work and pathway group for this to happen we work closely to getting the best for our youth and we have some great results as some have progressed on to bigger and better things to achieve that goal as not everyone is all academically minded and practical based so it’s something we can help with within our network we have built over the years and our kids have now worked in retail, factory’s and gone on to coaching badges and start from work experience to now employment and back into education.
